Rah Digga, pseudonimo di Rashia Fisher, è una rapper statunitense nata a New York nel 1970. Considerata una delle figure chiave della scena hip hop underground degli anni '90, Rah Digga si distingue per il suo flow aggressivo e le rime intricate.
