Benefit è un gruppo musicale britannico attivo negli anni '80. Il loro genere musicale si colloca nell'ambito del post-punk e dell'alternative rock, caratterizzato da sonorità sperimentali e atmosfere cupe. La band ha pubblicato tre album in studio: l'omonimo "Benefit", "Sex Sells" e "B.E.N.E.F.I.T.". Nonostante la loro breve carriera, Benefit è riuscita a guadagnarsi un seguito di appassionati grazie alla loro musica originale e al loro sound distintivo.
