Mat Kearney (nato Mathew William Kearney) è un cantautore e musicista statunitense. Nato a Colorado Springs, in Colorado, nel 1978, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale suonando in locali di Denver prima di trasferirsi a Nashville nel 2003. Il suo stile musicale è caratterizzato da una fusione di folk, pop e rock alternativo, con testi introspettivi che esplorano temi come l'amore, la perdita e la spiritualità. Kearney ha pubblicato otto album in studio, tra cui il debutto "The Way Home" (2004), "Nothing and Everything" (2006) e "Young Love" (2010).
