Rah Digga, pseudonimo di Rashia Fisher, è una rapper statunitense nata a New York nel 1970. Considerata una delle figure chiave della scena hip hop underground degli anni '90, Rah Digga si distingue per il suo flow aggressivo e le rime intricate. Iniziò la sua carriera collaborando con artisti come Busta Rhymes e The Flipmode Squad, prima di lanciare la propria carriera solista nel 1997 con l'album "Dirty Harriet".
