Alvin Nathaniel Joiner, meglio noto come Xzibit, è un rapper, attore e personaggio televisivo statunitense nato a Detroit, Michigan, nel 1974. Iniziò la sua carriera musicale negli anni '90 con l'album di debutto "Weapons of Mass Destruction", che lo consacrò come uno dei rapper più influenti della West Coast hip hop scena. Xzibit è noto per il suo stile rap aggressivo e le rime intricate, spesso incentrate su temi sociali e politici. Oltre alla musica, ha recitato in diversi film e serie TV, tra cui "8 Mile", "Grindin'", e la popolare trasmissione di MTV "Pimp My Ride". La sua carriera televisiva lo ha reso un volto noto al grande pubblico, contribuendo a diffondere la cultura hip hop oltre i confini del genere musicale. Tra le sue canzoni più rappresentative ricordiamo "What's Up?", "Hey Now", e "Concentrate".
