Il gruppo è composto da Sen Dog, B-Real, DJ Muggs e Mellow Man Ace. Cypress Hill ha venduto oltre 10 milioni di album in tutto il mondo, influenzando generazioni di artisti hip hop con la loro musica caratterizzata da sonorità latine, temi sociali e un'atmosfera psichedelica. Tra i loro album più importanti ricordiamo "Cypress Hill" (1991), "Black Sunday" (1993) e "IV" (1998).
