Conosciuti per le loro liriche violente e l'aggressività vocale, M.O.P. sono considerati pilastri fondamentali dell'hardcore hip hop. Hanno collaborato con numerosi artisti, tra cui DJ Premier, uno dei produttori più influenti di sempre.
