Katy Perry, pseudonimo di Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (Santa Barbara, 25 ottobre 1984), è una cantautrice e attrice statunitense. Inizialmente ha esordito nel 2001 con il nome d'arte Katy Hudson, pubblicando un album gospel cristiano intitolato "Katy Hudson". Nel 2007 ha rilasciato l'EP "Ur So Gay", ma la fama mondiale è arrivata nel 2008 con l'album "One of the Boys" e i singoli di successo "Hot N Cold" e "I Kissed a Girl".
