Twiztid è un duo hip hop statunitense formatosi nel 1997 a Detroit, Michigan. Il gruppo è composto da Jamie Madrox (Jamie Spaniolo) e Monoxide (Paul Methfessel). Conosciuti per il loro stile musicale dark e horrorcore, i Twiztid hanno pubblicato una vasta discografia di album, mixtape e singoli, guadagnandosi un seguito fedele nel mondo underground hip hop. I loro testi spesso esplorano temi come la morte, l'inferno, le droghe e la violenza, presentati con un umorismo macabro e una forte componente narrativa. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Dark Side", "Killin' Time" e "I'm a Monster". L'album di debutto "Mostasteless" (2001) ha segnato l'inizio della loro carriera, seguito da successi come "The Green Book" (2003) e "The 2nd Coming" (2005). Twiztid hanno collaborato con artisti come Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Tech N9ne e Dopehead.
