Peter Dennis Blandford Townshend, meglio conosciuto come Pete Townshend, è un musicista britannico nato a Londra nel 1945. È considerato uno dei più influenti chitarristi e cantautori del rock, noto soprattutto per il suo ruolo di leader e chitarrista principale del gruppo The Who.
