Whodini è un gruppo di rap formatosi a Brooklyn, New York, nel 1981. Il trio era composto da Jalil Hutchins (conosciuto anche come Jalil), voce e principale autore dei testi; John Fletcher, in arte Ecstasy, co-vokalista noto per il suo cappello stile Zorro; e Drew Carter, in arte Grandmaster Dee, artista del giradischi. Considerati uno dei gruppi rap più influenti degli anni '80, Whodini ha contribuito a definire l'estetica e lo stile del genere con un approccio melodico e raffinato. Alcuni dei loro brani più rappresentativi includono "The Freaks Come Out at Night", "Magic's Wand" e "One Love". Il gruppo ha pubblicato diversi album di successo, tra cui "Whodini" (1982) e "Escape from the 4th Dimension" (1986).
