Erick Sermon, noto anche come Erick Onassis o EMD (Erick Making Dollars), è un rapper, musicista e produttore statunitense nato il 25 novembre 1968. È famoso per essere metà del gruppo hip hop EPMD degli anni '80 e '90 e per i suoi lavori di produzione. Attualmente risiede a Hauppauge, New York. Sermon è considerato uno dei pionieri della musica hip hop con un sound caratterizzato da groove funky e testi intelligenti. Tra le sue produzioni più famose ci sono "Headbangerz" di EPMD e "Give It Up" di LL Cool J. Oltre al suo lavoro con EPMD, ha collaborato con artisti come Redman, Jay-Z e Snoop Dogg. Alcuni dei suoi album più importanti includono "The Sermon", "Def Squad Presents Erick Sermon" e "Music to Make Love To".
