Falkenbach è un gruppo musicale tedesco di black metal viking, attivo dal 1994. Il nome del gruppo significa "Falconbrook" in tedesco. L'unico membro permanente è Vratyas Vakyas, che si occupa della composizione, degli arrangiamenti e dell'esecuzione di tutti gli strumenti. La musica di Falkenbach è caratterizzata da atmosfere epiche e malinconiche, influenzate dalla mitologia norrena e dalla cultura germanica. I testi sono in tedesco e trattano temi come la guerra, la morte, la natura e la spiritualità. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Havamal", "Nordstjärnan" e "Sigurdr". L'album di debutto, "En ihrer Zeit", risale al 1995. Falkenbach è considerato uno dei pionieri del genere black metal viking e ha influenzato numerose band successive.
