Man I been playing around these streets so long
I know my girl think I'd never be ready
But I'm a do all I can to let her know I'm ready
Cause really she is worth it
From now on I'm taking all her calls (all her calls)
From now on I won't get lost at all
My time is running out I know
And right now I'm just tryna restore her hope in me
It's clearly somebody done hurt her
And I just wanna be the one who stands between
Anyone that don't do her right
I'll be there like every night
Tryna make these dudes see the light
Hope she don't just sees a thug when she sees me
Hope she sees all this love that I'm filled with (all this love)
All I wanna do is, all I wanna do is
Came up with this little plan
Put her hope back in a man (put her hope back in a man)
Hope she don't just sees a thug when she sees me (yeah, yeah)
Hope she sees all this love that we should be
All I wanna do is, all I wanna do is
Came up with this little plan
Put her hope back in a man (Put her hope back in a man)
Now see the pain he put in her face (pain in her face)
Where he's at to put him in his place
Try to bo-guard girl I know
To get back to get her hope in me
Valentine's Day it'll be like everyday (everyday)
And Birthdays it'll come around like everyday (everyday)
By now I'm starting to build her hope (starting to build her hope)
I just hope she sees me
Hope she don't just sees a thug when she sees me
Hope she sees all this love that I'm filled with (that I'm filled with)
All I wanna do is, all I wanna do is (all I wanna do is)
Came up with this little plan
Put her hope back in a man (put her hope back in a man)
Hope she don't just sees a thug when she sees me (no oh oh)
Hope she sees all this love that we should be
All I wanna do is, all I wanna do is (all I, all I do)
Came up with this little plan
Put her hope back in a man (put her hope back in a man)
Tryna love you better than you ever been loved
Tryna touch you better than you ever been touched
When it comes to sex you know I keep turning up
To a place u never been girl
(oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh)
Hope she don't just see a thug now
Hope she see all this love
Hope she don't just see a thug now
Hope she don't just sees a thug when she sees me
Hope she sees all this love that I'm filled with
All I wanna do is, all I wanna do is
Came up with this little plan
Put her hope back in a man
Hope she don't just sees a thug when she sees me
Hope she sees all this love that we should be
All I wanna do is, all I wanna do is
Came up with this little plan
Put her hope back in a man
