Tra i membri più noti di Foesum figurano DJ Glaze, MNMSTA e T-Dubb. Il loro stile musicale è caratterizzato da rime intricate, beat energici e un'atmosfera cruda e autentica tipica dell'hip hop underground. Alcuni dei brani più rappresentativi del gruppo includono "The G-Mixes", "Perfection" e "U Heard of Us".
