Kero One è un rapper, produttore e DJ statunitense noto per il suo stile hip hop caratterizzato da influenze jazz e funk. Nato come web designer, ha dedicato le sue serate alla musica, producendo il suo album di debutto "Windmills of the Soul" nel 2006. L'album, distribuito in soli 50 copie, è stato un successo immediato dopo che una copia è stata acquistata da un negozio di dischi a Tokyo. Questo ha portato Kero One a intraprendere tour internazionali e collaborazioni con artisti come The Roots e DJ Jazzy Jeff. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi figurano "In All the Wrong Places", "The World Is Yours" e "The Way I Feel".
