The Coup è un gruppo musicale di hip hop politico statunitense originario di Oakland, California. Fondato nel 1991 da Raymond "Boots" Riley (voce) e Eric "E-Roc" Davis (rap), il gruppo ha subito una significativa evoluzione nel corso degli anni.
