Oh we talkin' street cred? (nigga came from blocks)
Nigga we starting this shit on boulevard (now I'm buying blocks, city blocks that is)
Now they talk about our shit on Pennsylvania Avenue
(Better act like they know nigga, it's all the same to me)
Nigga every street in America know who we are
Came from in the mix with 36, pockets full with dirty kicks
Weighing up them ounces and I swear we had like [36?]
(Snowman forever!)
Diamond in the rough, yeah you see that boy done glowed up
They say you lost your street cred you tell them pussies so what
(DJ Drama!)
Nigga came from blocks
Now I'm buying blocks, city blocks that is
Better act like they know nigga
Came from in the mix with 36, pockets full with dirty kicks
Weighing up them ounces and I swear we had like 30 sticks
Diamond in the rough, yeah you see that boy done glowed up
They say you lost your street cred you tell them pussies so what
Still smelling like a whole thang, dripped in these designer suits
Keep my foot on niggas necks while wearing these designer boots
Came from being ashy, but now I'm just a classy nigga
You ain't gotta ask yeah you know that I'm a nasty nigga
Address me with some respect, you talking to an exec
Dap it with some cool water, I just done a temp check
What you niggas expect? 10 years the same nigga
Waste a whole decade and that'll be a shame nigga
I ain't get these mansions with street cred
Get that Rolls Royce with no street cred
Rari with the horse with no street cred
911 Porsche with no street cred
Can't pay my family bills with no street cred
Can't feed my family meals with no street cred
Spend summers in Negril with no street cred
Close million dollar deals with no street cred
I ain't tripping on no bullshit, I'm tryna get this check
For you niggas on the bullshit, I'm tryna hide this Tec
Fuck you nigga talking to, I'm a water-whipping vet
Miss them when they locking up, I just make them bitches stretch
Talking presidential shit, I got Biden on the text
Fucking with a made man, I don't even wear a vest
When them boys was playing games, I was busy playing chess
Real and I'm self made yeah I'm what you call a threat
Yeah they big mad but I'm happy nigga
And you don't want these problems Lil' Scrappy nigga
Buying that Rollie twice, going tall on 'em
Ain't no going back and forth, just ball on 'em
I ain't get these mansions with street cred
Get that Rolls Royce with no street cred
Rari with the horse with no street cred
911 Porsche with no street cred
Can't pay my family bills with no street cred
Can't feed my family meals with no street cred
Spend summers in Negril with no street cred
Close million dollar deals with no street cred
When it comes to us, our street cred got equity
We can pull from it at any time
Tra i suoi album più importanti figurano "Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101" (2005), "The Inspiration" (2006) e "The Recession" (2008). Alcuni dei suoi brani più famosi includono "Soul Survivor", "Put On Your Mind", e "I Luv It".
