Bobby Bare (nato Robert Joseph Bare Sr. il 3 aprile 1937) è un cantautore e musicista country statunitense. Iniziò la sua carriera negli anni '60 con successi come "500 Miles Away From Home" e "Detroit City", diventando una figura di spicco nel movimento outlaw country degli anni '70. La sua musica, caratterizzata da testi realistici e melodie orecchiabili, ha influenzato generazioni di artisti country. Bare è noto anche per le sue collaborazioni con altri musicisti leggendari come Waylon Jennings e Willie Nelson. Oltre a insegnare canto e chitarra, Bobby Bare continua ad esibirsi dal vivo e a registrare musica.
