Escape the Fate è una band post-hardcore americana proveniente da Las Vegas, Nevada. Formatasi a Pahrump nel 2004, il gruppo ha raggiunto la notorietà con l'album di debutto *Dying Is Your Latest Fashion*, pubblicato nel 2006. Il loro secondo album, *This War Is Ours*, è uscito nel 2008 e ha consolidato il successo della band.
