Twiztid è un duo hip hop statunitense formatosi nel 1997 a Detroit, Michigan. Il gruppo è composto da Jamie Madrox (Jamie Spaniolo) e Monoxide (Paul Methfessel). Conosciuti per il loro stile musicale dark e horrorcore, i Twiztid hanno pubblicato una vasta discografia di album, mixtape e singoli, guadagnandosi un seguito fedele nel mondo underground hip hop. I loro testi spesso esplorano temi come la morte, l'inferno, le droghe e la violenza, presentati con un umorismo macabro e una forte componente narrativa.
