Composto da Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, Wish Bone e Bizzy Bone, il gruppo ha raggiunto la fama internazionale con il loro album di debutto *E 1999 Eternal* (1995), che ha venduto oltre dieci milioni di copie in tutto il mondo. L'album include il singolo numero uno "Tha Crossroads", un inno commovente dedicato al defunto amico e produttore del gruppo, Harold "Big H" Smith.
