Emery è una rock band americana formatasi a Rock Hill, South Carolina, nel 2001. Attualmente basata a Seattle, Washington, il gruppo è noto per il suo sound emotivo e post-hardcore, caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. La formazione originale comprendeva Toby Morrell (voce), Devin Shelton (chitarra), Matt Carter (basso), Josh Head (batteria) e Joel Green (tastiere). Dopo aver spostato la base a Seattle per essere più vicini al centro musicale della città, Emery ha firmato con Tooth and Nail Records. Il loro album di debutto, "The Weak's End", è stato un successo critico e commerciale, consolidando il loro posto nel panorama rock alternativo.
