Regina Spektor è una cantautrice russa naturalizzata statunitense. Nata a Mosca nel 1980, si trasferisce negli Stati Uniti all'età di nove anni. La sua musica, caratterizzata da un pianoforte melodico e testi poetici e surreali, ha attirato l'attenzione del pubblico internazionale con album come *Begin to Hope* (2006) e *Far* (2009).
